MyBK is a digital SaaS (Software as a Service) platform. We provide cloud-based business management software - there are no physical products to ship. All our services are delivered electronically via the internet.

Instant Access: Upon successful payment and account creation, you get immediate access to your chosen plan features.

No Shipping Required: As a cloud-based service, there are no shipping charges, delays, or logistics involved.

2. Refund Policy

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all annual subscription plans. If you're not satisfied with MyBK within the first 30 days of your annual subscription, you can request a full refund.

Eligible Plans: Annual subscriptions (Starter, Professional, Enterprise)

Timeframe: Request must be made within 30 days of initial purchase

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Refund Exclusions

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: No refunds on monthly plans (cancel anytime, no future charges)
  • Quarterly/Half-Yearly Plans: Pro-rated refunds available only in exceptional cases
  • After 30 Days: Annual subscriptions beyond the 30-day guarantee period
  • Free Plan: No charges = no refunds
  • Used Services: SMS credits, AI scans, and other consumed services are non-refundable
  • Promotional Discounts: Special offers are non-refundable after 7 days

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings:

Monthly Plans:

Cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of your billing period. No partial refunds.

Annual Plans:

Cancel within 30 days for a full refund. After 30 days, access continues until subscription ends, but no refund.

Auto-Renewal:

All subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel before renewal date to avoid next billing cycle.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a refund request to hello@mybk.app
  2. Include Details: Provide your account email, subscription plan, and reason for refund
  3. Verification: We'll verify your eligibility (30-day window for annual plans)
  4. Processing: Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
  5. Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed

5. Payment Disputes & Failed Transactions

If you experience payment issues:

Failed Transactions: If your payment fails, your subscription will not activate. No charges will be made. Contact your bank or try a different payment method.

Duplicate Charges: If you're charged twice by mistake, contact us immediately. We'll investigate and refund the duplicate charge within 3-5 business days.

Bank Disputes: Please contact us directly before filing a chargeback. Most issues can be resolved quickly through customer support.

6. Special Circumstances

We understand that exceptional situations may arise:

  • Technical Issues: If our service is unavailable for more than 24 hours due to our fault, you may be eligible for a pro-rated refund or service credit
  • Data Loss: In case of data loss due to our system failure (backed by our backups), you may request a full refund
  • Billing Errors: Any overbilling or incorrect charges will be refunded immediately upon verification
  • Medical/Emergency: We consider refund requests due to medical emergencies or business closure on a case-by-case basis
